When you have a question, it gets answered. There's no insulting you for asking.
There's no, "I ran out so I sent most of what you ordered. I'll ship it with your next order." ($200 min + $20 S&H for that source) Instead of sending it separately.
If there is a problem, they fix it and more than make up for it.
You get what you pay for.
Service and security should be at the top of all of our lists. Especially since many of us were around back in the day.
