Been using platinum for a while for trt now as I get back into running gear and working out and I've been incredibly happy with quality and smoothness.

Going to run a small blast so I placed another order.

Buying from platinum is probably the easiest and fastest process I've ever had dealing with anyone.
Shipping is also fast, discrete, and well packaged.

There was 1 minor mix-up on my order. I didn't get shorted but I got 1 product that I didn't order instead of 1 that I did. I messaged them just to let them know and they immediately got back to me and offered to fix it and make it right. I told them not to worry about it, the product I got was actually more expensive than the product I ordered so as far as I'm concerned were all good. Just the fact they immediately responded and offered to send out the missing product was enough for me.

Having someone I can quickly and easily get quality gear from that also has the customer service that matches is a breathe of fresh air. As long as platinum is around and the gear and customer service stays this good I will be with platinum for life.
 
Just wanted to give an update. Even though I said it was cool and not to worry they still made the mix up right and then some(by far). They gave me much more than they should have but I am very very thankful. You typically don't see people admit fault on anything much less make it right but you certainly don't see guys go this far above and beyond. Switched from TRT using platinum to a blast and I've been running the platinum blend EOD and its smooth as butter and nice and strong. Feeling amazing. Really cant say enough good things about them from start to finish.
