Has anyone ever hit in their lat with oil im. Is it difficult and how much is too much?
Also have an injury in left shoulder blade area and got bpc 157 otw along with tb 500. I know tb 500 is full body but bpc 157 is local can I subq hit near the shoulder blade in the back ?

Yes I use my lats in my pin rotation. If you have lats here is a pic, I face the mirror with the side of the lat I am pinning so I can see what I am doing. This is what I see when I pin a lat.

And yes you can pin around the area of the injury with bpc 157 and tb 500.
Thank I appreciate I’m more worried about not being able to pinch the skin and going to deep even with a smaller pin but I may be able to ask my wife to help with the bpc one

What gauge and length are you using on the lats … that also scares me about depth I have lats but I’m not huge or anything I just got back into it about 4 months ago

I use a 22g to draw and 25g 1” to pin. You can determine how deep you wanna go. with a 1 inch I recommend going all the way in with the 1 inch. I’ve used an inch and a half but like I said, I will insert about an inch and have half inch exposed so I’m really going in about an inch in.

For daily injections under 1/2 ml (to the 50 mark or under in a 100iu syringe) I will backfill a 29g 1” insulin syringe for that.

Everything Durro said, plus, you don't have to pinch the skin. I never pinch the skin. A 1" needle or "1/2 insulin pin will get the job done and don't worry about going too deep. Your muscle thickness is more than you realize. For oils I use a "1 hypodermic 23g or 25g depending on the oil thickness and I use this needle length/size everywhere.

For the shoulder blade injury, I would pin the BPC & TB in the rear or side delt or trap. If your wife gets it closer even better. Pinning as close as possible to the injury IS helpful, but not a 100% necessary. Both BPC and TB both go systemic relatively quickly. They're both going to reach the injury site no matter where you pin it.
