Analyzing A Pro Olympia Cyle

Very cool. Thanks

I love watching these guys. They've really formed a nice group between Kurt, Todd, Chase, Paul, and Nick.

100% agree, have really gotten into listening to these guys in the last month or so and yes, they are very transparent and honest with the content they are putting out. It's refreshing to hear honest non-bias info about the reality of gear usage in our sport, along with the cons of dealing with food consumption whether it's off season or on season dieting.

If you like at that (like I do) then I bet you will love Roman Fritz. He is probably the most honest and transparent IFBB pro out there.

Oh, you're so on point. Chase Irons' hour an a half interview with Roman Fritz is becoming an iconic interview for the ages. Those two talking about the reality of usage and what sacrifices you have to go through to attain your goals have changed the demographics of where podcasts are willing to go. There are other reputable podcasts now following suit to bringing knowledge to the masses that otherwise was skirting this topic in the recent past.
