Sorry for this to be my first post under new registration couldn't login under old one.
I made an order with Anita on 3/25/26 and received a fake tracking number and she stop communicating April 8 . I have continued to try to communicate but she has ghosted me. So maybe this will get her talking. Beware!!!
 
When you can't even get a reply what are you suppose to think? I've used several sponsors on this forum with no problem getting orders or getting a response on orders. I've messaged every day with no response for over a week.
 
I understand it’s never been like this. I’m sure you know of the manufacturing situation. Every board is having this problem with Chinese vendors I couldn’t imagine the amount of messages emails etc they get every day. A few have given up everyone is watching this thread for sure.
 
Our sponsors are not Amazon, and yes due to the manufacturing and supply issues that have been going on for a good while it takes patience for when your order arrives. If there is indeed a serious issue then reach out to a rep for sponsor for help and yes document the interaction. Only when there's no resolution reach out to staff for help.

If you’re in the states then order from domestic sponsors bro. Less heartache and frustration. I’ll pay extra for better customer service, and 10 Xs faster shipping times. Not to mention international vender policies usually have a 1 X reship policy if you receive a letter from customs so if/when that happens you wait all over again. Nonsense isn’t worth it IMO. I get it it’s looks like such a great deal bc of the price but it ain’t worth the BS that comes with it.

So when does this become serious…this is a fucking joke from a sponsor not to answer a customer in 8 days. And how about the fake tracking number? That is unacceptable in my book.

He says he has been reaching out to the sponsor everyday. He is obviously posting for help. There is an agreement in patience but based on what he is saying it looks to me like it’s would be beneficial for help from admin.
 
I know it's a hassle dealing with import sponsors I've waited 2 months for a order but they stayed in contact. I have also ordered from domestic and received under dosed gear that was made right so it's a gamble I get it. Just stay in contact is all I ask.
 
I also failed to mention the shipping problems that are happening now especially in China. This was posted on another board just recently
“I’ve spoken to Lilly and there are things happening where they are that is preventing certain shipments. Which was also confirmed from another source on another board. So hopefully things will resume and be made whole by beginning of month.”

Some sources over there are trying to use FedEx but are having problems with that to. So postage and handling and shipping are a mess in China right now.
 
Its a real shit show right now!! Inspection is at a high level. It will eventually smooth out.

It won't help once USPS (and maybe Fedex and UPS) rolls out domestic screening as well which means domestically mailed packages and mail will get screened just like with Customs for international packages and mail. Things will end up getting tougher and soon there be "love letters" coming from postal inspectors as well when domestic packages get seized.

Thats funny you say that, I got a thing in the mail to apply for Usps inspections. They are sending them out.

I get that. Communication is key but the source hasn’t even posted anything on even their own sub forum since April 7th…? At least announce you’re going on vacation or whatever the excuse is?

I agree that everyone can roll the dice on quality gear but you can limit that by going with tried and true sponsors with a longstanding track record in quality products and service.

I’ve seen an announcement that there will be tighter screen on military/diplomatic and still international shipments but haven’t heard of anything extra applied to domestic shipping?

I don’t see the federal government signing off on this type of budget increase for regular domestic packages. I could be wrong but it doesn’t seem necessary when there are many other federal agency shortfalls and budget issues.
