Back in the game after 8 years

Hey all , I am back in the body building game after 10 years and just picked up 3 products :
1 ) SHRED BLEND 175
50MG OF TREN ACETATE
50MG OF DROSTANOLONE PROP
75MG OF TEST PROP

2) NANDROLONE 100MG/ML

3) TEST ETH 250MG/ML

What would be the recommended amounts taken and how frequently ?

Been lifting for 30 years
Back in it for 8 weeks

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
 
Hello, welcome to the board. Let's start with height, weight, age and BF% if you know it. I would save the Shred Blend for later, say after you're fully into the groove and looking to lean out some. The Nandrolone, is it NPP or Deca? Either way, I would say starting out 350mg per week is a good starting point. It's what you have on hand outside of the Shred Blend. Make it easy, start out with the age old standard of pinning twice a week. After you get some research under your belt you can try out different protocols down the road, but educate yourself so you know for yourself and you're smart about your next move. I know there are other guys on here that can throw in their input as well, which may be a different approach that may work better for you. Cheers, Tyler

Without knowing anything about you - test only 500mg/week to start. Next time you run a cycle I’d do the nandro (I’m assuming npp) at 50-100mg every other day with a test base of 500mg/week.

I’d save that blend and run it o its own at 1ml eod.

It would help if we knew your stats and cycle history though.

As everyone stated we need to know your stats (a picture with face left out if you are un comfortable would be best), your goals, and also your reasoning for choosing all those PEDs. Often times enough people will just choose random chemicals that are either on sale and take them without guidance or bloodwork or knowing what they actually want to acheive.

For example you have tren listed, are you trying to compete? Are you so very lean that you just want to get the last few body fat %'s off? Or are you just taking it because Tren is a meme now a days and everyone and their grandma want to run it?
 
I will say this 🙈 I agree with whoever listed off items 2 and 3 at a moderate dose and keep the cut blend for later. 🙊 I'm not saying do that, I'm just agreeing with them 🙉
