Hi all. I'm after some advice. I've recently had a bad hand injury which has prevented me training, I cut through two tendons in my fingers. Within a 3 month recovery I decided to get my gyno surgery done removing both glands. I'm back at the gym in two weeks. I've been running trt dose since the accident and to be honest my body composition has gone to shit. I'm wanting to bounce back quick.
My weekly cycle pre accident was...
Test 250mg
Primo 300mg
Tren 75mg
Mast 400mg

I was thinking of dropping the tren and running some dbol the first 4 weeks and then swapping the dbol out for tren.

I'm just wondering what some of the more experienced users think about this and if its considered a good idea what dose should I be running the dbol at, it isn't a compound I've used before.

Thanks in advance

Oh man very sorry to hear about the injury. Take things slowly getting back in the gym. How long have you been using gear?

My personal opinion is this is a rather heavy cycle when you're going to be recovering from an injury and can't go that hard in the gym. Is there a reason it's so dominate with DHT's? Have you gotten bloodwork will running this cycle to see where your E2 levels are at? I would drop one of the DHT's (Primo or Mast) and keep the other. Then in place of the Tren or Dbol run Anavar and Deca instead. Var and Deca are known as two of the best compounds for healing purposes. Where's the HGH, another great compound for healing. After you get your compounds squared away get your milligrams balanced out, you're at a 2:1 ratio of DHT's to the Test and Tren (19-Nor). I would be concerned about crushing your E2 unless you have gotten your bloods done and it came back fine. Something simple and basic that will be very effective at recovering from your injury is Test, Var and HGH. Save the heavier cycle for when you're recovered and can hit the gym hard again. Last but not least, I'm going to assume you have your diet dialed in and you haven't let that go causing your body composition to go to shit.

P.S.: post up in the introductions section and intro yourself giving us some stats including diet to help give everyone a guide to give you advice.

Cheers, Tyler

I usually don't run orals until the rest of my stuff has kicked in .

I'd start a little slower run your test maybe add some mast or proviron .

To get back in grove of things

I'd run test 500mg ew
And mast to match it .

First thing is protein intake, need LOTS of raw materials for rebuilding and repairing and restructuring. Second is training as far as you can push things within reason to be able to recover quickly. That is, healing and remodeling from your injuries, training, and surgeries.

As for gear, I’d be placing my aim again at recovery, remodeling, restructuring, restoration, and alliteration aside; as much Test as you can handle without side effects or needing an AI, Eq as much as you can handle without falling prey to any side effects that it might give you, and HGH 5’ish IU every other day or every day also depending on what you can handle and what side effects/water retention you are comfortable with. Now, the water retention in this case is a good thing because it will aid in recovery and nutrient density, but you must watch your blood pressure when carrying extra fluids all the time.

I’d stay clear, like Tyler said, of DHT derivatives for fears of driving estrogens down to far and making joints “brittle”, also these compounds aren’t the best for recovery and restoration. You need estrogens for proper muscular and tendonous function and repair.

Take it with a grain of salt, it is just what I would do if I were in your position.

Yeesh bro. Ouch!! Sorry! But, yeah. Great advice here, some different than others. But all valid and valuable.
Personally, I'd avoid orals at first. You want an appetite. Deca/NPP will help with healing as said. I'd start with a solid higher than TRT base (350 test or so. I like mixing enth/prop - doing that now) and some deca. TB500/BPC157 can help tendons, but please do an intro if you haven't already. Welcome and anything we can help with, we'll sure try.

Cutting tendons is just as bad as tearing them and you should be able to do lower body work while your hand heals. Cardio is not a bad option either. Also get some BPC-157 and TB-500 to help speed healing of the tendon and as finger tendons are small they should heal pretty quickly.

I guess it all worked out or he didn't like the advice. This thing just kinda died out huh.
I've never had to bounce back from an injury. Never have gotten injured bad enough where I couldn't do anything at all. Even in some minor injuries I've been able to do some kind of training, focusing on a different area or just cardio to keep things tight. That said, for ME, if I had to I'd start all over again. Ground zero that bitch. Just me though
