how much does it increase test? as in how much can you expect from it?
does is increase DHT? if so how much?

Excerpt from the Mayo Clinic, "Research on the effects of DHEA on muscle strength and physical performance had mixed results, but most studies indicate DHEA supplementation has no effect on muscle strength in younger or older adults". You can really expect nothing from it, at least nothing measurable or noticeable. Using any of these supplements that boost natural endogenous production, at least at this point, are all going to be short coming with little to no real results. Your body has natural safe gates built in that will always limit the how much you can alter the production or release of a certain hormone in the endogenous realm of the endocrine system. Like we talk about on this board, to really affect a true measurable difference in your body's testosterone levels or any hormone (like DHT) for that matter you need to circumvent the body's endogenous endocrine system by introducing the hormones artificially via exogenous administration like we do. That's it, point blank, there's no way of getting around it, at least at this point in time.how much does it increase test? as in how much can you expect from it?

How old are you if I remember correctly early 20s? 25 and under your Definitely not old enough to where your adrenal glands aren’t producing enough neuro steroids. Also your natural so your HPTA isn’t down regulated. What I’m getting at is you don’t need DHEA and you will have very little to zero noticeable affects. DHEA can increase testosterone and have effects on conversion to DHT. However if you already have Fully functioning adrenal glands supplementing with DHEA isn’t going to ramp up your levels any.
Thanks, brother, you as well. Thanks for jumping in and adding to complete the picture. What I compare it to is the rev limiter on your car, via programming from factory, your car's computer system won't let you take the RPMs of the car over a certain point to prevent real damage to the engine. Your body's endocrine system is the same way, "if you already have Fully functioning adrenal glands supplementing with DHEA isn’t going to ramp up your levels any." Your bodies naturally built in safe gates, limiters, governors, etc. are going to keep you from taking your natural HPTA levels above homeostasis for any extended period of time.Beautifully explained Tyler

can it help in this situation ? @Tyler Durdenmy glands defo work but i have low t
@PetiteWilson may have better advice for you here, but what comes to mind is finding yourself an OTC testosterone booster. You are definitely trying to avoid using exogenous Test as the solution, like TRT therapy. You could always try the pellet in the ass thing, a bioidentical Test hormone replacement pellet implanted in your ass that last up to 6 months. So, without making things complicated, an OTC natural Test booster that will hopefully bring your natural Test production up towards normal levels may be worth a try. You will have to try out different brands and get blood work on a regular basis to see which product may be benefiting you the most. I know nothing about these natural test boosters on the market, nor which may work or may not work or do as what they claim on the label. If I was in your shoes and looking for an OTC Test booster, I would start with a very reputable company like True Nutrition founded and run by Dante Trudel, the creator of the well-known DC training system, Mister "Doggcrapp" himself. His product T-Sterone is where I would start. There's lots of these OTC Test boosters on the market, you'll just have to do the research yourself and see which are worth trying out.my glands defo work but i have low t

Bro, this is not my forte, it's starting to sound like you just need to consult your general practitioner, or more specifically an endocrinologist. You want to go the natural route of boosting your levels back up to a natural functioning level so that your HPTA is functioning at a happy level. Either you do the research and start experimenting yourself (like all of us have done) or you find a good quality endocrinologist that will happily guide you in the direction you need at the right fee. Me personally, I use HCG with my TRT to keep my HPTA happy and functioning properly.more dht is what i want
what do u think is the best way of getting that?
i dont care if its natural or not. i was considering proviron to begin with.Bro, this is not my forte, it's starting to sound like you just need to consult your general practitioner, or more specifically an endocrinologist. Damn, @PetiteWilson just hit the nail on the head and brought it all together in a nutshell. Remember, it's just a peanut, as Ronnie would say. I really like Wilson's suggestion, try Clomid, aka: clomiphene, I had a true to life endocrinologist suggest clomiphene, and it works. Lab work is paramount in truly knowing what is going on with yourself, in your situation I would be doing lab work on a regular basis, bi-monthly to once a month, no more than every other month until you get yourself homeostasis with your HPTA.Do you have blood work that tells you your testosterone levels, Free test, FSH/LH, SHBG prolactin etc, Or are you just assuming you have low testosterone. I’d highly recommend going and getting some labs done. If you have low LH/FSH and in return causing low testosterone it would be possible to try something like Enclomiphene to try and raise your natural LH/FSH Or an LH mimetic such as HCG which you will need to stay on to maintain your testosterone levels as it does not contribute to up regulating HPTA it just acts as LH stimulating the testis. If you have normal within range LH/FSH levels then I’d look into your SHBG it could be to high causing your free test to be in the toilet. There’s allot of factors that can go into play, bloodwork is definitely where I’d start. You may just be hypogonadal and need TRT or your test might be normal and you have other issues you never know till you see that blood work!

No, an AI is very misdirected to resolve your issue, like Wilson has suggested, try clomiphene first.
