I said this a few times over the past couple of years on a few threads on Tren. It used to be in 76mg and 150mg aw is all you should need. And threads on how people train these days I posted people are paying too much attention to Instagram & TikTok influencers. That they have to make different exercises every video because if they do the same thing every video they won’t get likes have as many followers and subscribers if they do the same workouts over and over.
