Dreams without goals are just dreams and ultimately just fuel disappointment. On the road to achieving your dreams you must apply discipline, but more importantly, you must apply consistency. Without commitment, you'll never start, but without consistency, you'll never finish. Remember the words consistency and discipline are the two words that really matter. And only you can apply them both.
Motivation is the desire and willingness. Consistency and discipline are the effort. You must put in that effort. And that is why results don't come easy. One puts too much energy in looking for motivation and not enough into the effort. I hear all the time ''I'll start Monday''. Start now, and don't stop. You see the Exo-Gen loggers who produced real results because they continuously put in the effort. Obsession beats talent. Having both is God mode.
You ever feel like not working out, and then you get there and go through the motions. Next thing you know you've got a good pump and decide to turn it into a real full on work out. It's because you were built for this ! And your body knows it ! Don't let your mind get all wrapped up in your head with whatever negative is going on in your life. Give your self this 1 hour a day to be positive and build a stronger you. Not just physically but mentally.

Now, how do you feel leaving the gym?
Accomplished and a better version of yourself then 1 hour before ?
Turns out you had the power to turn things around when you put the effort in, didn't it ?
