Personally, I'm starving when I get done - well, most times. Unless it's a heavy leg day and I'm nauseated afterwards, so I can't think of downing a steak or anything like that. But tonight, I smashed my chest, bis and some side delts. Right now, I'm enjoying a jasmine rice bowl with chicken breast, cod, banana, red potatoes topped with garlic, chili powder and cinnamon. Damn son! What's your go to post workout refuel?
Post up those eats! I'll be chowing down reading your stuff. :)
 
I work out early in the morning when the gym opens at 4:30 AM. So after my workout I will have 4 whole eggs with 3 to 4 egg whites with some lean ham, or turkey bacon or sometimes lean sausage and some oatmeal. I don’t weigh anything but it’s a good amount of oatmeal with some peanut butter and jelly or sometimes Malto-Meal or cream of rice.
