Personally, I'm starving when I get done - well, most times. Unless it's a heavy leg day and I'm nauseated afterwards, so I can't think of downing a steak or anything like that. But tonight, I smashed my chest, bis and some side delts. Right now, I'm enjoying a jasmine rice bowl with chicken breast, cod, banana, red potatoes topped with garlic, chili powder and cinnamon. Damn son! What's your go to post workout refuel?
