Hi guys first cycle just have some ?’s from more experienced people

So I would like to just run maybe a test base like maybe cyp 200 and e 200 mix but idk if I would need support like arimidex with that. I will probably stack next time but would like to see my body’s initial reaction to just the base first.

Gonna run 400mg/wk. Hmmmm....lets see....we need a few details first prior to helping you design your first go.

Age?
Size....more important...weight?
Training history?
Training style?
BF%...rough estimate is fine.
How is your diet? Caloric intake?
How often do you strength training?
Have you had any bloodwork done?

No bloodwork. I am 39 now. I’m about 5 foot 9 and 190 lbs I’ll be honest most of my fitness training was due to the fact I professionally fought for years when I younger. Although it was somewhat strength training endurance was certainly of greater importance. It was never about trying to max anything out or be huge because endurance and flexibility needed to be maintained. I didn’t switch to strength training until late 20s. I was honestly thinking about trying clen just to cut because I literally just got back into it and I’m definitely at a much higher fat percentage than I would like to be. Like I said I work 60+ hours a week and have two children. I have been working out 5 days a week the past month. Just for about an hour but no real breaks kind of super setting. Isolating muscle groups. I generally do back and bis/ chest and tris/ shoulders/ legs. I have been taking two days cuz I’m so sore after leg day. It’s been hard to find the motivation and I feel my t levels Have to be down. I don’t have an exact caloric intake number however I have been attempting to cut out the carbs and consume more proteins. Lots of Greek yogurt and boneless skinless chicken. Added protein shakes and overnight oats for more energy and complex carb to help break down proteins.

I’ll be honest I also thought maybe mast to cut but I figured I would have to run a test base anyways and that for a first cycle regardless a long lasting test base would be best. I have attempted to do my own research. Although I am an amateur I wouldn’t go into anything completely blind. I have attempted through various sources and sites to educate myself however nothing compares to real life experience.

With no cycle experience I do commend you for doing a simple single one hormone cycle and see how your body will respond to exogenous testosterone. May I ask why 200C/200E?.....I believe it would just be simpler to run one of the other. I like your dose at 400 for a first go. IMO, especially never running a prior cycle, have your AI on hand. Gyno is no fun
 
Tbh where I was directed there and it looked to be the best bang for my buck. I did use a source from this forum. Cyp 200 was 2/3 the price and so was E. I figured they are both longer lasting esters it was probably better. Perhaps I am wrong tho and perhaps less is more here. Should I maybe try to do like .75 ml which would be around 300. I didn’t purchase any of it yet but I certainly can. That was definitely one of the questions I had. Would you recommend arimidex or something else ? Also should I just begin to take it at about week two since it takes a little to break down in the body or wait and see how my body responds. If I begin to go gyno how quickly could an antiestro reverse effects and if it does occur should I discontinue cycle.

The blend is fine and so is your dosing...keep it at a minimum of 400mg. The half-lives between the cyp and enth esters is negligible.

There are various AIs you can choose from with arimidex and aromasin being very popular. Aromasin is considered a suicide inhibitor which means it permanently inactivates the aromatase enzyme, which is responsible for producing estrogen. Both are good at what they do as long as they are dosed appropriately with aromasin being easier on lipids with less dosing frequency. I have been using aromasin for years but it does not mean it's best for everyone.

I start dosing my aromasin the week I begin my cycle and never had any issues with gyno.
 
Ok and I should do one shoot once a week of 400mg? How long would you recommend I do so? And what dose should I take of the aromasin at what rate? Last 2 ?s Sorry for taking so much of your time. How would I go about getting blood work done. Just go request it from pcp? And lastly is exo gen legit
 
If this is just your first cycle I'd just go with the tried and true 500mg Test E or C every week and AI only when necessary. No other compounds this first run. Get bloods before, midcycle and end to judge how you handle anabolics The first blood test before starting will be the baseline, the middle test is to assess how it's going and to make adjustments with AI as needed. Final test done 3 days after the final shot to close the cycle.

Negative on a single poke a week
You want to keep hormonal levels consistent so twice a week is better and the most popular when cycling cyp or enth.

I cycle TPP at 425mg/wk and TE at an additional 150mg/wk. My aromasin dose is 12.5mg Mon/Thurs.

You can order bloodwork yourself through a local lab if you don't want to make an appointment through your MD. Most go this route.

EXO is an excellent option.

Walk-in Labs is what I use. They have numerous options and actual panel for 'Bodybuilders '


This not a cheap test or you can choose yourself what tests you want completed.

Imo....don't mess with gyno. Either include an AI or have it on hand if needed. This is not something to wait to treat.

If you don't want your doc to know, check out PrivateMDLabs and LabsMD to get your bloods done discreetly.
