How to Reduce Dose of Aromasin or Arimidex

Just thinking and looking for the proper way to dose if it's less than the mg pill.

I believe Aromasin is 12.5mg, and Arimidex is 25mg.

Say, you want to reduce that dose in half or 1/4 of the full dose.

Do you crush, mix, then weigh out or use a dissolvable solution to make volumetric dosing? Or something much easier?

usually aromasin is 25 mg per tab and arimidex 1 mg per tab.
if you want to reduce the dosage, just cut the pill in either half of 4 parts.

Usually dosed at 1mg, so you probably want 0.25mg doses.

I would suggest starting with aromasin first especially if you're at the lower end of Test dosing. Everyone ends up with their own preference though.

Just bear in mind aromatase Inhibitors can tank your HDL cholesterol. So make sure you get your blood work done on a regular basis. That’s how guys end up getting heart attacks before they’re 50.

Either cut your cycle back so you don’t need them or take good 3 to 4 months breaks in between cycles so your HDL can recover. On top of that I recommend fish oil and niacin (b6).

yeah. estrogen is very important for cholesterol. lowering your estrogen too much comes with many different issues, including cholesterol issues, erectile dysfunction, inability to gain muscle, dry joints and others.
