Igf1 is known for increased glucose transport, increased protein synthesis, increased RNA synthesis, increased amino acid transport to cells, and decreased protein degradation. Its main function is to stimulate growth within the body due to its regulation of both cell growth and cell death. It controls a lot of muscle growth and metabolism in your body. It’s responsible for cell replication bone growth, and tissue growth. It promotes the cell growth and cell size development of satellite cells which are responsible for repairing damaged tissue. Gear increases cell size for the most part. But at some point you will need more cells to grow which is why people run hgh or igf1 because they are said to produce more cells. But Hgh makes your body produce more igf1 and so does gear. Hgh takes months to see results while igf1 you will see in days almost. If hgh is making my body produce more igf1 naturally then why not just take igf1. The only reason you can’t run it non-stop is you desensitize to it after a period so it has to be cycled. Igf1 control metabolism by influencing fat storage and utilization of it. In a way it will utilize fat burning first to a degree for energy. I’ve noticed I’ve become most lean even when on tren when I mix in igf1. I’ve gained 5lbs and lost 3% of my bodyfat in a week just on igf1 alone. Igf1 promotes lipolysis which is the breakdown of fat. So it can prevent the storage of new fat cells. It also increases insulin sensitivity which is great because that helps with utilization of nutrients, metabolism, and energy. IGF1 won’t mess with your hormones unlike gear will and it’s related to insulin which is why they both act in similar ways. All in all igf1 is amazing at cell growth, cell replication, preventing fat storage, and utilization of fat being used before anything else.



Protocol for igf1

Day 1-4 50mcg

Day 5-8 75mcg

Day 9-14 100mcg


Run 2 weeks, take off two weeks, run two weeks, take a month off. Repeat



On workout days take it post workout but split full dose into two. So take with big after workout meal then later on with another big meal.



Non-workout days take with breakfast when hgh levels are high. And still split dosage.



Still eat a lot as if you were taking insulin because it mimics it to a degree but it won’t send you into almost dying if you don’t eat enough
