To be honest, after so many years of doing business, there have been a lot of strange things.
As the saying goes, nothing is smooth sailing, and it is normal to encounter ups and downs.
I have always been sincere, honest, friendly...

When my customers encounter problems, we will negotiate amicably and solve them together. I think this is the best way to work together.

I received a private message today from one of the board members of this forum,
The general content is that the package he ordered showed receipt, but he said he did not receive it.
At first, he said that their USPS mailbox was being reorganized, it was very confusing, and packages were lost.
But now he's saying because I sent fault address and he's giving me a chance to re-process this or he will publish what he considers a negative experience.


I can negotiate amicably and solve problems together.
But don’t accept unprovoked threats!

I'm glad that all chats are recorded, but I am also a customer of this forum and I think I have the right to speak out.

I am also a customer of this forum and pay membership fees every month. When customers of this forum are cheated, what help can the forum provide us?

Maybe people just want to see the good side and cannot publish or accept the true side.

Maybe we can’t accommodate sincere and emotional suppliers.

Fuck him. Let him publish it. If he has to threaten you it sounds like he's trying to scam you. I can assure you, even though I haven't dealt with you yet, I won't be jumping on his bullshit bandwagon.

Sounds like a reverse scammer.
Ask the MODS what occurred and what to do.
See if you can put this board member on blast.
This person may be doing this to other sponsors not only this board bit other boards as well.
Hope this gets resolved.

Rita, you are trustworthy. I made one purchase and you made it super easy, zero issues. 99.9% of the people have your back that have dealt with you. If there's anyone who has something negative to say, we all know its horse shit!!

I'll say this then I'm unwatching this thread. Based off what I now know I think there needs to be some common ground here. We're all jumping to conclusions here and I think we just need to relax a little and make sure this problem gets handled. Rita, personally I suggest you rethink this whole thing based off who we're talking about here. I don't do this often, if ever, but I'm going to do it now. I'll vouch for the person you're referring to. He ain't the scamming kinda guy. I trust his judgement and his knowledge to this life. And once the rest of you realize who she's talking about, I'm pretty sure you'll see it my way. I've also encouraged said party to go public with the issue as I've been privy to some information. Let's get this handled people.

I didn't see any threats. If a person wants to out a source because they feel they've been done wrong then that's their choice. I wouldn't call it a threat. For the love of the board, the mods and admin, please resolve this ASAP. You may not have called him a fraud or a scammer but the implications are certainly there.
 
And because he's an important person, a vital person to this forum,
It should not be through this way to say, give you a chance to deal with this matter, (the package has been shown to sign for but he did not receive the package), this is a loss for everyone, but can not therefore threaten to say, otherwise I will publicize this bad experience.

I'm not an idiot. I'm not going to disagree with an important member of the forum, the person who contributes most to the forum, only $100.

But I am also a person of principle, and I am not going to give in just because I want to publicize my bad experience when it is not my fault and I have provided timely solutions.

I'll say this Rita has went out of her way to fix issues I had before . This the first time I've every has raw source do that it's usually just no response or it's not our problem .

Like I said before rita is a solid as they come

@Rita this is a really shitty situation for both parties involved. And I really feel bad this happened to you because it takes food away from your mouth and during these times money is tight for many. I applaud you for trying to resolve the situation and I know I speak for myself and others when we say we trust you and respect the way you do business. I hope this does not dissuade the member who was effected or anyone else reading this from placing another order with you. Orders get lost and the USPS is not the most well oiled machine to say the least. I recently had a package lost from another source two months ago. Rita is the only person I have ever ordered from who goes above and beyond to provide the best service and support she can when problems arise.
