OK so, probably an odd question. I'm 6 weeks into my second cycle of the year of Test and Deca. End of February I was 128lbs. I'm currently sitting at 192. Without getting too personal, I'm not sure that I'm happy. Would it ever be possible to get back down to 130lbs? Or has there been permanent body changes?
TIA.

Great progress most of us guys would kill to get results like that from their second cycle of the year. To get back down stop the gear and stop working out and just do cardio and eat less if you were eating like a bodybuilder.

^^^ This 100%. Yes you can.

Yes, 💯 doable. Follow Durro's template:

"To get back down stop the gear and stop working out and just do cardio and eat less if you were eating like a bodybuilder."

In short....yes it is possible to get back down to that desired weight. Short of getting sick it may take a little time.....do it 'healthy' by the above sentiments and be patient.

My question though.....I can see cutting some but why so drastic??

you may plateau around 135 or so. some muscle will take quite a while to drop off totally. but man your body isn't going to like this yo-yo stuff very much. Those are MAJOR drastic swings.
