Thrid contract a mod - wait for a response
Fourth then you can post there is a issue and you not happy or happy with your experience !!

Anything other way of doing this out of protocol will cause you to be black listed from EXO forever !!!

This should never need to be posted but here we are. Every sponsor should be following that protocol whenever issues arise that members can't seem to get resolved...so much common sense to reach out to a rep FIRST when there's a question or issue or concern. Mods and admin should be the LAST resort in this case.

Love this Exo....and may I add....

....not just to be respectful and civil but as well as for the safety of all members involved all issues should be resolved OFF the open forum through DMs or secure emails prior to making anything public.

Oh yes a great idea for sure! Best path to take before reaching out to staff or making a post about it if issues with sponsors arise.
