Latest of me

Looking good brother especially coming off a damn boot. Those things are a pain in the ass.
You know it. Also had to ride a damned knee scooter to get around and it sucked. Achilles tears are the nastiest injury from what my ortho tells me and takes some time to come back from.

Been out of the gym for 3 long months post-surgery and that was a downer too.

It sure feels good to be back on my feet again and just got back to rehabbing legs.

Awesome brother good to see your recovery has gone good.
I've been taking BPC/TB along with some GHKCU right after surgery for nearly 2 months which has helped tremendously as gotten back on my feet about a month ahead of schedule. That stack truly works in helping heal a major tendon injury.

I’ve heard of those and they say they work. I just wish there was something that would grow tendons back I heard stem cells might do that. I think my long head on my left bicep detached from my forearm. I don’t know if you saw the pic I posted on another forum.

Maybe that stack might not grow tendons back but helps speed healing after surgery to reattach the torn tendons. Would be nice if stem cell treatments were more reasonably priced though.

Not sure if I've seen your pictures on any other forum.

I've been doing mostly upper body work lately as just now slowly getting back to some normalcy with leg training.
i can feel you bro. it is just the other way around for me. having shoulder issues (in both hands) and can't train upper body properly, so going for the lowest body mostly.
must feel great getting back to train the lower body again? or you're a normal guy who doesn't love training legs? :ROFLMAO:

Thanks

Injury came about when doing standing calf raises on smith machine (loaded with 185lbs) with my toes on blocks of wood. Was near the end of the set when the block under my right foot shifted as was coming down to hyperextend the calf and the added weight on one leg plus trying to correct caused the left Achilles to tear.
