Gear came in test prop,tren ace and Anadrol. Will be loggin everything. If I like how I look during the bulk I will do the NPC Steve Stone Classic for my first show. Light heavy’s or middleweight. I will try to train doing a bro split and not my usual upper/lower for more focus on weaknesses. Nutrition will be key since I barely eat as is and when I do it’s not clean. Another thing is sodas when im off at work I go through a pack a day and wonder why I break out 🤣 so here goes nothing. TRAINING starts tomorrow!

Pinned 30mgs of Test Prop,70mgs Tren ace and started to use liquid orals so if I dosed it correctly 1ml of 100mgs.

Tomorrow is Chest,triceps,back,biceps and 1 shoulder movement
 
Hunger definitely hit last night Iknow Anadrol fucks with people appetite but never me lol. 50mg of Anadrol this morning. Breakfast is 2 bagel with cream cheese from 711 and 711 brand Gatorade lol. 50mgs later of Anadrol before workout after work.
 
Did 50mgs Anadrol pre workout. I was flying today lol sucks not training for strength anymore but it feels good to actually have a pump lol

Probably till late January goal is to get to 215 and see how I look if I like I will maintain it if not I’ll probably push 220 it’s been awhile since I was that weight. the show isn’t till April so I have enough time trial and error. I wanna try and coach myself first

Good choice, I have his book as well, but haven't read any of it yet, plan to at some point. He's definitely a smart man. 💪:cool:(y)
 
Breakfast 2sasuge egg McMuffin 3 hash browns and large ice coffe, lunch will be jerk chicken with Jamaican fry rice and cabbage have 3 peanut butter sadwhices for snack. Before I leave for my second job will have Oxtail with rice and peas and cabbage, then I’ll need the night with a protein shake.

Did my injection today in the side delt and 50mgs of Anadrol in the morning and will do another 50 at night. No training today will be legs tomorrow

Deficit deadlifts worked to a heavy single 505
Stiff leg deadlifts 4sexts to failure just kept it at 225 for the stretch
Seated leg curl 5x15 focused on the squeeze
Hack squat 2x12 by then I was to pumped
Calf press on leg press focused on stretch 4x failure
Leg raise failure
Then walked home 45min cardio lol.
Really need to bring the hamstrings up so this is priority on legs but I think I’m gunna stop bringing my belt because I wasn’t supposed to do heavy dead’s I think it’s just a habit. Pinning later in pecs then chest, back arms and shoulders

Pinning delt later and did some grocery shopping finally haha hyped to see what the physique will look like in a couple weeks. No work today today so gunna do my usally smoke have 1 beer catch up on some YouTube and just chill till Friday. No training tomorrow
