Let’s Hear your Workout Tunes!

Call me crazy (and maybe I am lol) but I go through phases of listening to music while I lift and listening to podcasts while I lift and right now I'm in a podcast phase lol.
Oh no brother…never tried that? I don’t see that working for me. I workout at about 7pm and I just want to be loud and abrasive and lift heavy weights. I work in a high stress job so I come home to burn off the BS from the day.

I like podcast during the day when I get some time on the road tho.
