Do you have a Telegram for her? Pretty sure I got scammed too. It’s been a month with no tracking information. I ordered from this one thinking I was ordering from the other one here that people vouched for
 
If you guys are using smart phones, turn it sideways and you will be able to see the sponsor’s signature. Here is a picture.

All of the sponsors from China are experiencing lots of problems right now so packs are taking way longer now than they’ve ever been because of the manufacturing shutdowns, tariffs, etc.. Please have some patience. They are working hard to fix the problems. They always have a solution it will take time, but you guys will get your packs.

Great explanation and hope all who are complaining about not getting packs this is a good reason. Also it's important to verify the sponsor contact information as there are scammers out there just waiting to steal your money!
