Wanting to update myself on my options and protocols for liver support for my next cycle.
Im to include some low dose anavar or tren ace in my next experiments on myself so to speak. I am already at the mid to high normal liver enzymes (forgive me I can find my bloods if wanted). I am just looking to update myself and maybe get some opinions on what I absolutely should run preemptively for liver.
Currently just cruising on my trt don't have a definitive this is my next cycle. [besides ofcourse test+hgh] Aside from BP management with nebivilol or telemisartin and other options on hand, general nutritional support, our ancillary drugs of course on hand.
1) Links to any updated liver / organ support protocols would be a god send! I can fill in the gaps of when/where and why mechanics of action and such.
2) Advice on what I should ACTUALLY include in my nutrional/ supplement regimen for general liver health would be Greatly appreciated! (not the Liv 52 type options, I need minimal variables as to what I consume.)
3) I have been educating myself for years b4 I started "trt" (it was a necessity). I have more knowledge then expirence. My mind is clouded with anicdotel evidence and misleading forum write ups
