Hitting your macros and doing it in a delicious fashion isn’t always easy. Please post up you’re easy to do recipes here.
One I love to do for breakfast is the following:
300g white or brown rice
5 whole eggs
100g stewed chicken breast cooked in the rice maker. (Makes it nice and soft)
1 T olive oil or coconut oil.
Salt to taste
Basically just beat the eggs and pull apart the chicken into small bits. Put the oil in the pan and fry the eggs and the chicken mixed up soft. Add salt to taste and pour that mix over the rice.
No prep, 5 minutes and I’m done cooking.
Carbs: 84g
Pro: 67g
Fat: 42g
