Massing phase/blast

On a massing phase right now currently on 300 test E from [mention]yourmuscleshop [/mention] and 210 NPP from [mention]Exo-Gen [/mention] for a week now. going to up to 500 test 300 NPP in a couple weeks. I’m currently 5’4 (I’m a shorter fella) and 173.4lbs as of this morning my estimate bodyfat percentage around 13%. I still have shoulder striations and I have 8 pack genetics and have a 6 pack right now so the goal is to get to 185 ish ideally around 15% bodyfat. then I’ll start the cut in may I’m eating 3400 cals a day trying to get 200 grams of protein and I prefer high carbs so around 1000 grams of carbs a day. Diet is clean for the most part jasmine rice,ground beef, avocados, oatmeal, eggs but I do indulge in some McDonald’s or braums hamburgers a couple times a week. As far as ancillaries go your standard 5mg cialis 10mg ezetimibe and 3g krill oil 500iu Hcg 4x a week and I’m going to count the occasional mk-677 use for hunger as an ancillary.
 
Woke up at 174.8 this morning. And just got done pinning 150mg test E and 60mg NPP. Allot of noticeable changes in my back and triceps gonna up the test to 420/wk and add in mast E 200/wk 2 weeks from now.
 
Todays chest day consisted of

Incline barbell

185lb 8-9 reps 4sets 2 minutes of rest in between sets. Every rep is 3 second on the eccentric with a 2 second pause and explosive on the concentric either to failure or 1-2 RIR.

Incline dumbbell

Took the 85s for a spin today 10-12 reps 3 sets

Each rep is controlled eccentric and I let the dumbbells off to the side at the bottom a little bit to really stretch my chest. Controlled concentric and at the top of the rep I face my palms inwards and flex my pecs.

Pec deck

8-12 reps 3 sets the slow eccentric and concentric with a at the middle of the rep.

To end the workout I did a super set of flat back dumbbell flys and push-ups didn’t count reps.

Then got home pinned 60mg NPP ate 3 packets of brown sugar cream of wheat a protein shake and 5 scrambled eggs before work. So overall a pretty good chest day.

Been a minute since I made an update, Currently 179.4lbs 14-15% bodyfat. Same macros same dosages summer cut starts may 1st. Cycle plans are 250 test e 300 mast prop 25-50mg proviron. Physical health wise no sides but mental wise the NPP is making me a little socially anxious. But nothing I can’t deal with. But overall I’m happy with the results thus far.
