So Naps is pretty much hit or miss.

100% hit or miss. I’ve used them for years and never had an issue, I typically use domestic sources from them to avoid customs issues. Typical time from order to door is 10 days or so. I have however heard a lot of horror stories.

It depends. They offer domestic too, most of their stuff comes from Europe though.
