I am a veteran that went to the va had a testosterone of 152 and said i was fine just lose weight. Started trt with a clinic out of pocket l. I am at 600 but don't feel great. Libido is up a little but it's been 3 months and I still don't have energy or drive to do much. What would anyone recommend for cutting weight fast. I get exercise and eat healthy which I am doing but I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed so it has been a pain in the ass losing weight.

First, what are you currently taking and what’s the diet and training look like?

Have you run a full blood work panel? Going from low testosterone to 600 should have you feeling much better unless something else is off

I am on 200mg test cypiononate weekly. Started dieting a month ago carnivore diet and down 20 pounds. I'm to exhausted to train. (I also have 6 small children at home)

Yes I have done a.full blood panel currently I am converting a little to estrogen doc has increased my arimidex which I am currently waiting to arrive

I’m not a medical professional but how’s the mental health? Sounds like some depression might have creeped its way in which can have affect your goals.

From the aas side I’d up the dose a bit to see if that helps at all. You could try adding an anabolic like masteron or deca but if you can’t train I’d reccomend seeing if there’s anything else causing your exhaustion. Your cortisol levels might be sky high if you’re having these issues.

I am a nurse that flips back and forth on day shift and night shift. My cortisol levels are all over the place because of my irregular sleep schedule
 
Stop with the carnivore diet. You need carbs. Thats the reason you feel like crap.
All that you’re doing with carnivore is stealing amino acids from your muscle to go through the poor conversion to carbohydrates through t Gluconeogenisis.
We need glucose for our brain to even function properly. Carbs are also anti catabolic. They’re the preferred energy source for our body.
