Hello gentlemen I’m 48 been running gear last 20 years pretty knowledgeable but kinda stuck, I am ex powerlifter/strongman 10 months ago started my cut I was 315lbs 6 foot I’m down to 242lbs looking lean and vascular but feel like I’m losing a lil size diet is on point carnivore mostly getting 200 to 250 G protein daily I’m currently running 1 cc of test e and 1 cc of Tren e I do two shots a week I’ve always reacted really well to lose doses but I wanna get a lil muscle and hardness fat loss going well trouble area is my stomach bit it’s going down day by day can anyone point me in the right direction should I throw some hgh in or some other cycle? Appreciate any help
 
Curious...you didn't mention the all dreaded cardio. How about it? I'm a few years older than you and I'm all about trimming it down for functionality. Them "swole" days have come and gone for me. Now I wanna move and function better. Just a thought
 
On top of that, being 51 I wanna do less drugs. I don't wanna tax my body anymore than what I've done over the course of almost 30 years in the game. I don't bench anymore than 135lbs these days. Keep the squats around 225. Everything else is much lighter too. Just more reps with a lot more cardio in place. So I guess with that said being 51 I train like I'm 51. And I've gotten great results.

I’ve always ran low dose naturally strong I’m a bsn nurse bloodwork every 6 weeks thank god I’m very healthy

HGH is always a good additive in general if you have the money for it, for “fat loss” and recovery I’d do something like 2iu pre fasted cardio then 1iu before bed obviously for losing fat caloric deficit is going to be the key. As far getting a “lil muscle” your going to need to feed yourself to grow. But you mention you also wanting to get leaner so it’s kind of a double edged sword your going to have to choose one or the other for now. But as far as muscle hardness and fullness goes you should be getting that on tren.

I agree with you about the hgh.
You could try something I found works, which is using a GHRH fasted prior to morning cardio and then add in the HGH pwo.
There are different schools of thought, but the fasted cardio will cut you to the quick. However, it can also leave you a little flat.

I used do fasted cardio in the morning for an hour 3x week with fasted functional training 2x week when I was competing in endurance sports, but that is an unrelated story for another day 😁
 
It's only a fail when you give up completely. Be a good boy and get back in there.
