Good morning!
I’m new to the site but, I have some questions on a bulking cycle. I just competed in my first show; men’s masters physique. I took 2nd in my class. Currently, I’m 6’1” at 204; this was pre-show. I cut down from 240.
Anyway, I know where I need to make improvements so I’m looking for a good bulking cycle I can run for 20+ weeks. I have plenty of experience pinning but, the advice I’ve received on past cycles has been minimal. I’m looking for a good foundation bulking cycle I can build off and make adjustments as needed.
