So, I decided to start doing some strength training using elastic workout bands and start walking. Get going then join the local gym. This was all done with diet only approx 6 months ago , start TRT , implement strength training and aerobic activity.
Today, my mind tells me not to, but my will says to get the fuk out of the recliner and do SOMETHING, YOU LAZY FUK!
Put the 70" on log on to YouTube and blast the Bose ...then get into a back n bi workout that felt good. It's not free weights.
I need music when working out. One of my favorite bands to listen to..

On another positive point, I got on a doctor's scale today, and I dropped almost 30 pounds in approx 6 months.
At 60 I might need to drop the slow and steady
