Off Season Cycle

I really don't mind at all. Its really nothing new., but it's new to many, which kinda sucks because that means a lot of people are doing dangerous stuff with long term consequences potentially, and they're listening to a lot of just bro stuff. Guys like Justin Harris have been preaching this stuff for a while.

Yeah, he's awesome and has an incredible wealth of knowledge. Now, regarding pre-workout insulin use, there's not only the why it's done that way then the when/how that I find is starting to really work well for me. Coming later today. If someone tries this I'd love to see how it works for them. Stay tuned!
 
THE LEG ROUTINE THAT ENDED IT ALL - ALMOST.

So, I hate ego lifting. I should say I hate when it manifests itself badly. You add weight then get hurt because you're "feeling it" that day. BUT, your ego can do wonders for you if you don't let it totally dictate your behavior. In other words, use loads that you KNOW you can handle and if it's too light, MAKE it harder on that set. That being said, my ego was roaring this Saturday leg day last weekend. Not in the dumb way, but I was surprisingly strong, and my endurance was becoming insane. I wanted the next set. I was anxious during my rest periods. I felt like I did when I was a kid. Cool.

Here was Saturday's leg onslaught. I know sounds all viking and shit, but it was dope.

LEG EXTENSION - WARMUP ONLY

LYING LEG CURLS
1X10-12,3X10-12 DROP X 2

LEG PRESS - FEET LOW ON PLATE SHOULDER WIDTH
3X15-20 1 SECOND PAUSE AT BOTTOM

I was on fire that day. I had just upped my calories and started employing an insulin strategy that I used in the past which always produced crazy pumps, much more endurance and strength. This is a specific way of timing things out. So, I'm keeping it simple:


1-1.5 hours before workout - pre-workout meal

45 minutes later (about 15-20 minutes pre-gym)
Insulin - ius determined @ grams of carbs x .5 / 10. So, 150 carbs would be 150x.5=75 75/10=7.5 iu insulin. This will help shuttle the meal and then the intra drink elements into the working muscles.

15-20 min pre-gym:
Pre-workout drink:
Pre of choice - currently using Woke AF
1.5 gm Citrulline
3 gm. L-Arginine
1 gm. pink sea salt
5 gm. creatine
1.5 gm. beta-alanine
10gm L-Glutamine

Intra drink:
Mix 2 cups of water with
25-50 gm dextrose powder
5 gm creatine
1.5gm beta-alanine
1gm L-Arginine
.5 gm pink sea salt
5 gm L-Glutamine

Sip on this through workout. The insulin will be moving your last meal and this fast absorbed carb spike into your working muscles keeping you going and full throughout.

I noticed insane pumps following this. It's worked for me in the past and I swear by it. Give it a try. Lemme know if you think it works well for you.

I however, did not. Been killing it, dealing with some IT band stuff, which sucks. Getting leaner, stronger and bigger. Doing my "grow into the show" thing. I'll do a better job of keeping this going. Things have been absolutely insane schedule-wise!

The IT band issue is annoying. Foam rolling and trying to rehab. I'll be fine, just a little bump, but things are going well.
I am going to slow my roll with cardio. I've already gotten much leaner, even on this bulk (grow into the show) strength is still going up. Much leaner, scale only fluctuates a couple lbs up or down here and there. Looking much tighter, vascularity is way up. Loving it. Super supps are still the same. I haven't bumped doses, no reason!
 
I've added very low dose anavar and drol. I'll post my routine with this. It utilizes those compounds and insulin. Nasty pump and strength desired? Stick around.

Repper, I'll be interested to hear your take on the low dose var and drol, plus slin. I'm about to start these three into my current protocol. I'm very familiar with the slin, but haven't really incorporated orals in years.

OK, so off-season is pretty straight forward, right? Test base, pick your anabolic of choice (deca/npp, EQ, Primo). I don't run orals often and only for plateaus in strength, for example. They kill appetite and eating sucks on them, so we'll use them wisely. Pre-contest, the kitchen sink gets thrown in, compounds go up, madness ensues. So, we're taking a little from that playbook and adding it around specific training days/food intake.

I'm taking 20mg Anavar daily on non-workout days and 40mg on training days. 20 am/20 preworkout. Anadrol is added - LOW at 10mg pre training and the slin looks similar to what I outlined earlier - only on HIGH days (calorically, carb-wise). So let's dig in. Are you going to get HUGE off of 10mg drol? Hell no - but it's still a powerful tool and it is doing SOMETHING isn't it? In this case, optimizing our diet and nutrients, adding the CNS stim and saving our appetite, lipids and liver as best as possible.

You'll take 20 mg var and 10mg drol SUBLINGUALLY about an hour to 1.5 hours pre workout. Then, eat your preworkout meal. 45 minutes later (about 15 minutes preworkout), take your slin at about .5iu/gm of carbs. Begin drinking your preworkout shake - like minutes before training. I use a combo of whey isolate and dextrose added to the preworkout of choice you use - if you use a preworkout. Then, I add l-arginine, beta alanine, creatine, l-glutamine, and Himalayan pink salt. For one, sodium helps the pump and two, it masks the l-arginine's awful flavor. It really works, try it.

You should have an amazing pump. Anadrol is perfect for carb-loading pre-contest, so we're looking to have our low dose drol assist with this.

Post workout is the perfect time for 2ius of GH (not necessary) then 30-40 minutes later, have your post-workout shake or meal. If it's a shake, eat, then 30 minutes later, have a solid food meal.

LIVER!!!
I was interested in Revive MD's liver formula, so instead of paying for a month's supply of 120 capsules (4/day) I looked at the ingredients and ordered them separately. You need:

250 Tudca
1000 milk thistle
1000 NAC
10 mg BioPerine ( pepper for absorption and efficacy)
250 mg Astragin (super absorption for ANYTHING you're taking)

I ordered 4 months' worth for about $100. The MD one month is 50-60 bucks, so you do the math. You can order all of this from Amazon if you'd like, easy peasy. Take care of that liver. LOL

The good thing about putting your own formulas together is that you'll find it more economical and many times, certain supps are so versatile that they find their place into a few supp stacks!
 
UPDATE: IT band is finally learning to STFU and I'm doing legs to "pull the band aid off" and make these wheels play ball.
 
Friends, Freaks, Countrymen, Tren me your ears....

So, I just sucked down 150 grams of chicken breast, about 85 grams of broccoli, tbsp avocado oil, spiced the living f**k outta the thing. I think it's cottage cheese time....
Anywho...Just received some test blend @400 mg/ml. I had to bail on the last blend I was using, the PIP was not from this world. I usually NEVER get PIP from prop at all. But this one was causing massive inflammation, swelling in the entire muscle it was injected into. Kinda scary, honestly. So, waiting to try this new one. The ratios of esters are different and honestly, on paper, it makes more sense. But that's another thread.

Off day today. LONG WEEK. My girl had surgery, so nursing her for a day or so. She's beyond uncomfortable. My kCals were low AF, but that's OK. Low insulin, fat burning and shit, I wasn't hungry overall, so all good. Body feels primed for a good nice eat day tomorrow.
