Thats a good goal, I think as bodybuilders who use PEDs we put our bodies under enough stress already and that alone is my reason for not drinking. PEDs in a way sort of make me more responsible I guess lol.My resolution is a bit old fashioned. Kind of boring, but here it is.
My weakest points in achieving my bodybuilding goals are alcohol and an irregular sleep schedule. Drinking Friday, Saturday, Sunday - staying up until 5am then taking sleeping pills to try to get to bed at a reasonable hour on Monday-Thursday. Training & dieting all week and pissing away my progress on the weekend. That`s fucked up.
So this year I`m pledging to myself to limit alcohol to special occasions only and try to be in bed by 12-1am every day so my body`s sleep rhythm can stabilize and I can get a good solid booze free 7-8 hours of sleep and recovery every night.
That and I want to work legs harder this year
Good goal, when you do something you enjoy then it doesn`t feel like you`re working. Good luck!I generally don't but my goal for this year is to find a new job. I work in retail. I jumped from the store to working from home doing customer service calls and I find it to be absolutely draining. So finding something that doesn't make me want to quit every single day would be lovely.
That sounds like a David Goggins statement, lol, but very true. I really need to implement more cardio into my life as well.Implement more consistent CARDIO.....but running is for the enemy, ain't it? Lol, but the only way to succeed is to get uncomfortable, adapt and overcome
Yeah man I hate cardio... Off-season I do the bare minimum just to keep the old ticker tickingThat sounds like a David Goggins statement, lol, but very true. I really need to implement more cardio into my life as well.
