Just would like to make a quick comment on Rita and her professionalism.
I have made several transactions with Rita and every time she has given me outstanding service with some of the best communication and priority I have ever received.
My last transaction we had a shipping issue that was no fault or her own. Some how my parcel was 'lost' by our fine USP system. I use a remailer for all my international parcels. I tracked my package through customs and some how it never reached it's destination.. My remailer went out of the way to make attempts to track it down. I kept Rita updated every so often and she offered additional assistance to help finding the package. Some sponsors would just dismiss the problem because they did their part and the problem was not their fault. Rita continued to offer any assistance and asked to be updated when I would find out anything new..
