Hey all what’s up, so here I am with some “bro science” lol. On a serious note I started a cycle my buddy tried out “no clue where he found it” Cycle is Test C start 400 a week ramps to 500 then staggers down to 250 at the end of 10 weeks.
Anavar 20mg first 3 day access tolerance, then ramps up to 50 a day. This last 2 weeks giving you a slight boost then a week off Anavar. And start T-Bol on week 4, for 6 weeks right after test C really starts kicking in. 20mg a day for 3 days and move to 40mg. This seems odd with the anavar at the beginning but I did watch him put on 18lbs and after pct on week 4 maintaining 11 of those pounds.
Does this seem like a waste of Anavar? Or does it hit perfectly for Test to maintain?

I am starting week 3 of this and no Anavar this week and I have not seen any drops in anything on strength. Diet is 170g protein per day 2700 kcals, 300 carbs. Training 4 days a week hypertrophy with a cardio thrown in on a 5th day.
