The reason I started Testosterone was due to months and months of depression-like feelings, lack of motivation, no energy, no sleep, no mental acuity, lack of strength, and add in
limp dick and little libido.
Over the last year, I put on quite a bit of weight and was diagnosed with T2, along with HBP.
Approx 7 months ago, I went on the carnivore diet and lost almost 30lbs so far with diet only. I still had no energy and no motivation. Got off insulin, still have work to do with getting my bg under 100. 6 months, very little carbs and I'm still running bg between 110 and 150. It was in low to high 300s prior to switching to carnivore.
Endo refused trt and I have a urology appt on 3 weeks but I wasn't going to go another few months of living to die hoping the urologist is pro trt.
When I started T I picked up a 300 lb set of elastic bands to start somewhere before getting back to a gym
♂. My workouts have been disciplined and my strength increasing but my energy to get up and implement a walking routine hasn't really gotten better.
I started E3D to experiment. I know its still very early i just had my 6th injection. My last pin I went 2 days instead of 3 and I noticed I had more energy yesterday and today and my mind seems clearer...for all the miles put on it.
I'm going to go EOD for the next few pins to see if my increased energy and clearer mind is due to schedule or from the exogenous T being added .
If I start getting negative sides I can increase my scheduling days going back to E3D or more. See how it goes.
