I've had some injuries myself, nothing serious. But knowing what compounds can help strengthen and protect connective tissue, I'm all about it.Nice, I want to protect my tendons as already had an Achilles tear very recently and it's still healing so don't want to risk tearing it or any other tendon again!
Thanks for sharing...bookmarked.
Indeed that's a plus and also being aware of any compounds that can put tendons at risk and how to manage that risk.I've had some injuries myself, nothing serious. But knowing what compounds can help strengthen and protect connective tissue, I'm all about it.
Certain antibiotics can also cause issues with tendons too, so if you are dealing with any infection it's better to be aware of what antibiotics you taking.Ie: Winnie. I've heard of more guys rupturing tendons on Winnie than any other compound.

Yeah, this is a common complaint. I've never touched Winstrol, as far back as I can remember it was known for making your joints hurt, this isn't talked about much anymore, but back in the day it was also known as a dirty drug, ie: pollutes the body with byproducts more so than most all other compounds. The reason why guys like it so much for its drying out properties also makes it detrimental to the health of your joints and connective tissue. No bueno with the Winnie for me.I believe it. I stopped taking that years ago. One week in and my joints would hurt so bad like my bones were grinding together. Never again.
