So, I see a variety of hypotheses bounced around about using them on different days (because they interfere with each other together) or even using them separate entirely.
One protocol I read involved using PEG MGF 2-3 weeks prior to using IGF-1 LR3, and stopping when a few days prior to starting the IGF-1 LR3.
The hypothesis behind this is that supposedly PEG MGF will help the body to proliferate an abundance of satellite/stem cells along with aiding in repair of the muscle cells, especially if IGF-1 LR3 had been used more recently and degraded the pool of satellite/stem cells between the basement membrane and plasma membrane of the muscle fibers.
Next, using IGF-1 LR3 will help to potentiate hypertrophy and hyperplasia using the newly proliferated satellite/stem cells for repair and growth.
The other protocols I have seen all involve either using PEG MGF and IGF-1 LR3 on alternating weeks. The other involves using the IGF-1 LR3 on training days and PEG MGF on non-training days
What are your opinions on this?
*Just to note, the IGF-1 LR3 is receptor grade not media grade... which is a whole can of worms discussing.
