I have been on TRT for about 10 weeks now. Test Cyp 200mg twice/week. I am healing faster and feel better than befor. Have gained about 8 to 10 pounds. 54 years old, have about 15 percent bf. 0nly weigh 180 now. Looking to hit the weight pile hard and increase calories but want to not just gain, but feel well. Can you recommend a good average cycle. Nothing extreme. Or a stack cycle that will give me another good ten or fifteen pounds in a couple of months. I would like to know about a good peptide for overall general healing and well-being too. Thanks
 
I used the following this summer which was the best summer I’ve had using this and made some substantial gains while feeling really good.

WEEKLY SPLIT ON SAT/WED
Test E- 350mg
Primo E- 400mg
Mast E- 300mg

DAILY
Proviron- 25mg daily
Cialis- 5-10mg daily
HGH- 2IU daily

WINTER BULK- I put on solid muscle usually about 10Ibs keepable muscle gains.

WEEKLY M/W/F
Test E- 500mg
NPP- 500mg
Mast E- 400mg

DAILY
Proviron- 40-50mg
Cialis- 5-10mg
HGH- 2IU

Healing peptides are BPC157 & TB500. HGH is also great for advanced healing and even low dose Anavar can help with connective tissue injuries.

That's kinda a hefty TRT dose.

For a first go I would suggest keeping it simple.

Test/Deca
or
Test/EQ

AI of either aromasin or arimidex.

I did not realize that was a hefty dose of TRT. But I like the keeping it simple for sure. I am not familiar with peptides, so I asked. I will go and read up on those. Thank you. What dosage Test/Deca and how often. I will come back with peptide questions.

I stick to 1-3 RIR with target reps between 8-20 each set.

Different muscles respond to different reps better.

For example my elbows tend to hurt with triceps work, unless I go high reps 12-20.

Quads like 8-12 more.

Everyone will be a little different.

Nope. As long as you're going close to failure in bodybuilding rep ranges between 6 to 30 it doesn't matter. The body doesnt know weight it produces mechano growth factor because of stimulus which produces hypertrophy.
 
I would recommend against EQ as an older gentleman myself your RBC can get too high. It can make your blood too thick.

Stick to test/deca (or NPP if you want to see results faster). IMHO

I wish I had your endo doc. Mine only put me on 100mg/wk......but what he didn't know doesn't hurt him.

Test E or C at 400-600mg/wk
Deca/NPP 400mg/wk

If you go the Deca route......biweekly injections with or test
....NPP 3-4Xs/wk in equal doses.
