I made a purchase from one of the sponsors on here about 3 weeks ago and still have not received a package. The tracking i was provided said cleared us customs 8 days ago and then hasn't updated since can someone please put me at ease and tell me this is normal and what I should expect in terms of delivery

Yes, this is normal especially now with the raw situation going on in China. And also the delivery of packages is being affected as well. So what you’re describing is normal for international but like I said now it’s a bit different so it can take longer so just be patient.
