Ok. Here we go again. This has been shared many times but seems some guys need a reminder.

1. EXO is fast but busy. Please don’t send 20 emails to follow up etc. He has and always will respond.

2. No gmail, yahoo etc. Your email will be ignored. Always use an encrypted email like protonmail etc

3. Always add to your order:
a. What you want plus total with shipping
b. Address and name
c. Board you are from and screen name

*All this is a must. Anything missing will delay email response and order time.

4. If you need BTC help, he will but be patient.

5. Don’t ask for tracking, won’t happen.

6. You have an issue, hit me up first. Then EXO and guess what, he has always and will continue to take care of you and resolve all issues.

Please be patient when ordering from our sponsors...they do have lives outside this environment and we are not a priority.

Common sense tells you that you absolutely need a secure email.....Tutanota.com and Protonmail.com are excellent.

If you have any issues with your sponsor/order please go through the chain of command. Contact their representative, if no reply try contacting the sponsor him/herself. If still no response contact a forum moderator. Please allow adequate time between contacts. All sponsors are different and have other obligations.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS use the chain of command prior to making anything public.

Please be respectful of our sponsors protocols and rules. Doing this makes all transactions run smoothly and you will receive your goodies in a timely manor.

This should never need to be posted but here we are because some people have gotten rather impatient. Sponsors are at the mercy of the mail system and of their suppliers thus it takes time for them to get products in stock as well as getting your orders to you. In this very challenging environment it takes patience as well as planning. Plan ahead to ensure your orders are in and you've allowed enough time for the sponsors to acknowledge your emails as well.

Of course issues and disputes arise so each sponsor has their process for handling that so basically reach out to the rep(s) FIRST and get answers and if not satisfied THEN post on the sponsor's forum.

The word of the day is PATIENCE!

It’s simple. But for some reason guys email way too much, can’t follow simple directions and when EXO kicks back they run. The “I love EXO loyal for life” guys cry and move on the second EXO says anything. The grass isn’t greener
