Best test to run?

Depends on your goals and experience.
☝️ Exactly, most common is Test with either the enanthate ester or the cypionate ester. Average estimated half-life is Test E = 10days and Test C =12days. Third in line is the ester propionate, which has a half-life of Test P = 4days. Test E and Test C are normally injected every 3rd day or twice a week. With Test P having a shorter half-life, it's usually injected every other day for an average of 3 times a week. Outside of that it's dependent on how many mg's/wk you want to use. Test E and Test C usually come in 200mg/ml; 250mg/ml; 300mg/ml vials. Test P normally comes in 100mg/ml vial. Test E & C at twice a week, each injection would be half of your total dose for the week. Example: you want to have a total of 400mg/wk, each dose would be 200mg to total up to 400mg for the week. With Test P it's measured differently. With Test P seeing it's injected every other day, say you want 350mg for the week. You would dose 100mg/ml every other day and then break the mg up into days. So you have 50mg per day, 50mg X 7days equals 350mg/wk. I hope that makes sense and helps you decide which version of Test you want to use. Continue your research and look farther into the different types of esters that are used with all AAS.

Test E or C. Decanoate also it lasts a few days longer is all.
Great point with Decanoate. Caused me to do a little research to find a graph showing Test blood levels and its declines per ester. I was surprised with Test Sustanon 250. I was expecting a smoother curve sign closer to Undecanoate. Just using 250mg Sustanon in this graph because that's the OG in Test blends:

☝️ the one thing this graph doesn't show is how long it take for Test to build up where it levels out in the body and stays at that level for the duration of a run or cycle. Here's a graph showing how quick Test builds in the blood stream before it levels off and stays at a steady level. The spikes are showing the spike in Test serum from each injection, which is super cool because it's identifying the current protocol of injection times measured in days at the bottom:

Very cool, you can follow injection times:

Test Propionate -- inj every 2nd day
Test E & Sustanon -- every 3rd day
Test P -- spikes again on the 4th day
Test P -- will spike a 3rd time a day before
Test C -- spikes for the 1st time
Test E & Sus -- spike for the 2nd time
Test P -- spiking again for the 4th time

Only error I see with the second graph is that it doesn't show how you can get your Testosterone levels up to the same level with anyone of these esters. In the end, once all of these esters peak, your Test blood level is dependent on how many milligrams your taking per week. Without getting into the nitty gritty of ester weight, in a 3 to 4 month period you can have the same Test serum blood level whether you're using Propionate, Undecanoate, or even a blend. It's all the same once all the esters peak and you're using the appropriate mg/wk to achieve an equal blood serum level across the board with anyone of the esters.

Yes, stable blood levels I think is what we’re all after for muscle growth. If you’re on TRT and you’re injecting every 10+ days well then that wouldn’t matter. No matter what dose I’m doing I’m injecting no less than 2-3 times a week.
