Placed my first order with Lily awhile back, being international I knew it takes a little time and patience on some things. During tracking of my first package it went dark we waited some time and nothing happened, Lily was extremely helpful during this time and sent out a second package with no problem and never questioned anything. 2nd package made it no problems and looked great with awesome packaging. She is definitely good to go and handled my situation with great professionalism considering it was a shipping problem that her or I could not help. Will be doing more business with Lily and her company great experience for being international products.!!!!!!
