Hello everyone.

I keep hearing about peptides everywhere lately, from gym buddies to wellness podcasts, and honestly I cannot tell what is real anymore. Specifically, I am curious about collagen peptides and BPC-157 for joint recovery after a long running season.

Do these compounds actually do what people claim? I have read conflicting things about bioavailability and whether oral forms are even effective compared to injections.

Has anyone here used peptides as part of a structured recovery protocol? What worked, what flopped, and did you consult a doctor beforehand? Would love to hear honest experiences.

Has anyone here used peptides as part of a structured recovery protocol, particularly those sourcing peptides Europe wide? What worked, what flopped, and did you consult a doctor beforehand? Would love to hear honest experiences
thanks in advance for any help

Injections are the only way to go.

I agree with FREAK, injections are the only way to go. I wouldn't waste my money on orals. I've personally used the "healing" peptides and they definitely work and are worth it. Can't really say about the other peptides on the market. I've personally used BPC-157 and TB-500 to heal injuries and recover from a surgery. My girlfriend is using GHK-Cu and it shows in her skin, specifically her facial skin. I was surprised, but I do see the improvements with her using GHK-Cu everyday at 5mg/day. Can't speak for KPV because I haven't tried it yet.

GHK-Cu specifically heals and improves the quality of collagen; I believe TB-500 as well, but with limitations. They're powerful and can heal acute and chronic injuries and tissue issues, but not without limitations. The only way for you to know is try them out for yourself. They don't 100% work for everyone. You'll just have to try them out and see if they can help you.
