BUT THE EASIEST thing to use is Phosphate Buffered Saline bc it's
sterile ..& easier to find in the "non-industrial"

I just picked up Phosphate Buffered Saline solution "sterile" off of Amazon. Transfer a portion to an empty sterile vial with a stopper on the top for sterile draws. Draw (50:50) Bac water: Phosphate Buffered saline into a 3mL syringe to reconstitute.
