Reach out to them and let them explain what is going on. You know where it is coming from, so you should already have an idea of how long it may take. Patience friend!

International orders are going take longer, email them and they will explain what's going on.
 
Ive used tjk, had zero issues, so that's strange to hear that from them. I know some international sources are not to happy with with their shipping agents because of this. Its a shame because before all this trade shit, it was only taking 11 days total to receive order.

International orders also need to be inspected when they leave the customs.
All parcels have to queue up for inspection, and they will only have a tracking number when they arrive at the customs. Otherwise, the order number in China is useless

This year has been a difficult year, as I'm sure many people know.
When many people sent messages, I said that the current transportation time is far longer than usual. Usually, it only takes 10 working days, but now it will take longer.
I don't know exactly which order you are, but thankfully, you won't have to lose.
New customer I can understand, please be patient!

Oh, my friend, the package was shipped last night. I don’t know what kind of "actual reason or answer given " you’re referring to, but I’ve already sent you the tracking number. Complaining isn’t the best way to resolve things.

I’ll give credit where it’s due, you did come through and actually shipped the items. And because it took the time it did you even shipped a better/faster way. I appreciate you having integrity and doing what you said. I trust you now. I do owe you an apology and hope you understand this was the first time dealing with you and assumed the worst since nearly two weeks with no tracking. I now know I was wrong and i apologize and appreciate you. Anyone that read my posts, Jane @ Tjk is 100% credible, honest, legit!
