Much appreciated! Locked it in harder this time than ever before finally. I went off the radar locally for a while and now people have been seeing me and i'm constantly getting approached and asked for advice, congratulated, etc. Its been such a sick experience doing this for myself and seeing life turn around for me. The cliche, you look good, you feel good is very real. I still see myself everyday and can't believe I made something like this happen.

EDIT: All done at good ole Planet Fitness too lol. Switching soon, these 75lb dumbbells are getting way too light haha

My gym has db's to 160lb...and gathering dust lol.

What I meant was what would be a good thing for older lifters.

What I meant was what would be a good thing for older lifters.

I think there are a few good compounds out there but I would not be using any orals.

-TEST whatever your preference 300-600mg based on what is good for you health wise; BP, etc, and bloodwork
-MAST E/P again your preference 300-600mg
-PRIMO E- idc if people think it’s overrated I love Primo 300-600mg
-NPP/DECA- Low dose for joints 100-300mg

I would use and combine any 2 of those compounds with a Test base.

-AI-Aromasin on hand
-SERM-Nolvadex on hand
-Caber on hand
-Cialis 5mg daily

-BPC-157 & TB-500 on hand, possibly some KPV
