Been on test now for a full year splitting 1cc twice a week.. juts had my blood work done and came back good and feeling good since I’ve started my journey.. I got a hold of some Mast P from my buddy and wanting to add this to what I do now. From some of the things I’ve been told by some buddies in the gym & read this is a good start & was told to do test 1cc twice a week and mast p micro dose I believe was 300mg a week pinning .5 a day for 6 weeks. Looking to see and hear some advice from the folks that’s been doing this for a while. I am 186 pounds 12% body fat and diets is pretty clean with all the egg whites, rice, yogurts, nuts, spinach, tuna, & carrots and blackberries daily. Pic below is what body is currently looking like. All advice will be highly appreciated
