Breakfast what you having

So my go to meal has been
8oz chicken breast
2 cups egg whites
1 cup jasmine rice
Little hot sauce
Cooked mixed in a bowl
 
It’s summertime so breakfast is
3 whole eggs 4 egg whites with some low-fat turkey sausage
2 packs of sugar-free maple and brown sugar oatmeal with whole milk
1 container of Greek yogurt
 
This morning I had 2 whole eggs 100g egg whites and some Dannon light fit Greek yogurt with oats and kiwi in it, I like to keep it light pre workout

If I didn't know any better and hadn't seen your Pic already, I'd say you have some sugar in your britches based off that breakfast. But I can't say that cuz I know better
 
2 eggs on a hard roll with diced green pepper onion and some cheddar cheese. Washed that all down with orange juice.

Mmmmm I haven’t had an egg sandwich with miracle whip in ages! Gotta do a couple after a leg session.
 
Off to the gym to for a chest and back session I ate some greek yogurt with some peanut butter and took my supps then after my workout treat myself to a restaurant
