So my go to meal has been
8oz chicken breast
2 cups egg whites
1 cup jasmine rice
Little hot sauce
Cooked mixed in a bowl
 
It’s summertime so breakfast is
3 whole eggs 4 egg whites with some low-fat turkey sausage
2 packs of sugar-free maple and brown sugar oatmeal with whole milk
1 container of Greek yogurt
 
If I didn't know any better and hadn't seen your Pic already, I'd say you have some sugar in your britches based off that breakfast. But I can't say that cuz I know better
 
Oats with a scoop of whey, handful of blueberries, and almond butter mixed in—quick and solid. On weekends I like switching it up with Thai omelets or congee, and I’ve been getting ideas from khumhomrestaurant.com lately. They’ve got some solid inspo if you’re into mixing things up with flavor but keeping meals simple and filling.
