Comparing the Big 3, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide and Retatrutide

I tried Reta- my stomach didn't like it much. would Tirz have the same side effects at similar dose?

Lol old post!! Reta works like a damn charm. Whats better? Reta + HGH work like magic between the two! Got ripped to shreds for a few shows since this post lol and it would not have gone that way without the synergy of Reta and high dosed HGH. Fantastic combo for fat loss and lean mass retention.

I did end up having to have to go to 12-14mg/week reta, but that also enabled me to up the hgh to 18+ iu’s with NO WATER RETENTION. Now maybe I’m a freak, and maybe what works for me won’t for you, but i’m just giving you my experience with it… i love the stuff
Sure! This is what I did, and continue to do. There is no muscle lost if using AAS and hgh lol…Pretty simple;

First thing in the AM: 1mg Reta w/8iu hgh
Fasted Training and cardio

(Still fasted) Post workout: 0.5mg Reta w/8iu hgh

Right before bed: 0.5mg Reta w/8iu hgh

Now I’m not telling you to do what I do with those dosages, but when you find the microdosing of reta that works for you and the matching dose of hgh, split it up like that and bye bye bodyfat.. ;) hopefully thats helpful to someone
Great posts @Drax, this is informative info. Because it's still relatively new to the scene, most don't know how to really make the best of Reta.

Stomach issues from Reta are reported by some. People who have stomach issues from Reta, seem to do better with Tirzepatide. It's trial and error at this point. If Reta didn't sit well with your stomach, then Tirz maybe worth a try with the reports coming out by people that have tried the two.

backs up my assumption. ordered Tirz last week

Just ordered some Reta this morning to give it a run. ☝️ this is the template I plan on starting with.

Nice!! Just start a lot lower in mg’s per day of reta lol…or you might make yourself ill and constipated lol
Plan is to test it out at 0.5mg, but then titrate up slowly to 2.5mg/wk for a run to see what happens. If I'm not getting stomach issues and it's necessary, I'll titrate up from there. Word on the street is high doses per week are anywhere from 6mg/wk to 12mg/wk. I just don't see myself needing to go that high. My idea is steady and slow at lower doses, so I don't have to deal with the sides. Plus, my BF isn't that high, it's more visceral fat that I want to melt away. My midsection reduction is my focus, kind of like Nick Walker, LOL. I'm in no rush, so this whole winter is my time frame to melt down that visceral fat, so my midsection tightens up for this upcoming 2026 summer season. I'm starting out with the Reta and HGH for fat loss. Down the road I may add in SLU or Mots-C, we'll see.

Bro, thanks for your feedback! This seems to be Mots-C's #1 complaint and why I haven't picked any up yet. I'm leaning towards SLU, but it's just considerably more expensive. But nobody is complaining about PIP with SLU.
