Deca ?

That's actually a smart call on your part. You're paying attention to the first signs of aromatization. Arimidex is strong, what's your dosing protocol? And what's been the outcome so far? Just make sure you're not over dosing. That's not good either.

Ok so I was just referencing my last cycle and I it had to be the test cuz the other product I was using was superdrol. I tried a .5 mg at first and don’t know if I didn’t wait long enough it was about 20 hours then took the other then it began I would dose my test Mondays and Thursdays and then take it 1 mg at a time Tuesday and Friday. I think I’m going to does more frequently this time around but less per dose. I think especially because that was just a cyp ans enth mix and this is sust it will work better. I haven’t exactly had time to yet with work and the holidays but I want to chart my cycle and stay on top of it in writing.

So I have been using sust at 500 mg per week (Which is 100 more than I was using last cycle) / deca originally at 200 then bumped to 400 weekly / equipoise at 250 weekly / and proviron at 50 mg daily. I have found no need to an ai as it relates to nipple sensitivity or gyno type issues. I however now feel I have water retention in my feet due to probably the deca i think. I am going to dial the deca back down but in the interim I work on my feet and it’s been an issue. Should I attempt to take a diuretic or would nolva possibly help. I would like to mitigate the symptoms as soon as possible even though the deca is going to be working in my system for a couple weeks. Do you have any experience with this or know of any quick resolutions. Thanks

I didn’t mean to use a period those should have had question marks as that’s what they were intended as questions

This is an easy solve. In the ratio of compounds your running you're running the Deca too high. You should have kept the Deca at 200. You're now running sustanon at 500 and Deca at 400 for a total of 900. The EQ at 250 isn't enough to modulate the higher levels of estrogen floating around in your body. Plus, the Provi at 350/wk isn't helping either, which you would think it would. You're at 1500 total for the week. That's much higher than your previous cycles.

First, like you're thinking, drop the Deca back to 200/wk and see if your fluid retention in the ankles goes away. Yes, nolvadex will address it immediately, but I wouldn't use it right away if you can help it. You want to know what caused it if you can. So, by just drop the Deca, this will allow you to identify if that was the cause of your fluid retention. If you're still holding water after lowering the Deca by half, there's multiple pathways to take to mitigate the problem. This will bring your overall total down to 1300/wk which is a pretty high cycle for the average gym bro who weighs 190lb. These days I rarely go over 1000 - 1200mg for the week and I weigh on average 220.

The reason I'm including the Proviron in the total is because it is an androgen, even though it provides no anabolic effects. Proviron is a mild androgen, I assume the combo of Test and almost equal amounts of Deca have over ridden your attempt to modulate your estrogen with the EQ and provi.

Test and Deca in combination with each other is a strong combination, it gets a lot of guys in trouble with gyno. Personally, I would never run Deca as high as I'm running my Test. This is kind of what you're doing.

It's all about the ratio, and it can be different for everyone. You have to experiment and find out what ratios suit you best.
